Having been enchanted as a child by the riot of colour that filled our garden, I developed a passion for all things floral, studying for an HND in horticulture before working in a variety of garden centres and florists. I opened my own Florist in March 2020 in Jersey in St Helier. While the timing for this venture – I opened three weeks before the big lockdown – was not ideal, Flowers By Arabella survived Covid and is going from strength to strength. In May2025 we relocated to Doddington near March in Cambridshire. The business is run from my studio here.
A lot of my bouquets and floral arrangements are inspired by the beauty of Jersey, like our Corbiere Sunset, High tide at Corbiere and Summer on the Dunes. I deliver Bouquets all year round for Birthdays, Anniversaries and other Happy Occasions like Weddings. Bouquets for the brides and Bridesmaids, Corsages for the Groom, best man and Ashers. I love decorating the venues for the occasion, from Marquees to Hotles.
Christmas, Valentine and Mother’s Day are also very happy and busy periods for me.
